Prices
Prices are displayed alongside product listings and are subject to change without notice. The final value of the order is determined during the checkout process.

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Availability of goods
If we are unable to supply an item for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we will not be liable to you.

Accepting your order
No contract of any kind exists between Mercy Foods Ltd and the customer until the order has been received and accepted by Mercy Foods Ltd and payment for the order has been received by Mercy Foods Ltd.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at the point of checkout. Mercy Foods Ltd currently deliver only in the UK & USA. Delivery times are displayed for guidance only and while we endeavour to deliver in the quoted time, we can not be held liable to you for deliveries made either early or late. Additionally, we will make reasonable attempt to contact you prior to your scheduled delivery if we foresee difficulty in fulfilling your delivery. In the event of non-delivery, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.

Payment
Mercy Foods Ltd shall be entitled to payment in full for the price of goods on the date that the customer’s order is placed. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.

In the event that a failed payment occurs, you agree to compensate us in full against all reasonable costs, expenses and outgoings incurred by us in obtaining payment from you. This may include an administration charge not less than £15.

Cancellations and Returns

Due to the current COVID-19 situation we cannot accept any returns. Please contact us at info@beemercy.com should you have any questions.

For non-perishable items, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time until the expiry of the seventh working day after the date of delivery of goods by notifying us in writing – either via e-mail or letter. In the case of perishable items you do not have the right to cancel the contract.

The cancellation policy does not affect your rights when Mercy Foods Ltd are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to you and other customers in future.

Refunds
We are legally required to refund you for the full cost of your order, including delivery charges, within 30 days of cancellation of your order. In practice however, we will usually refund your payment much sooner.
