Shipping policy
1.1 We use Royal Mail and DPD for UK deliveries.
1.2 All our shipping is based on the weight of the order. Shipping prices are as follows;Â
0kg–2kg £4.96 - Royal Mail Tracked - SignedÂ
2kg–4.79kg £5.79 Royal Mail Tracked - SignedÂ
Free Shipping on all orders over 3kgs. (Usually sent via DPD)Â
1.3 We will ship your order with the best courier option to ensure your order arrives on time.Â
1.4 Orders dispatched on a Royal Mail Service are NOT tracked and can take up to 5 working days to be delivered.
1.5 Orders dispatched with DPD are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Once dispatched, delivery will take place within 2-3 working days (often sooner).
1.6 We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
1.7 If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact our Customer Services on 0800 6890291 or email us at info@beemercy.com. We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 30 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
1.8 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
1.9 If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
1.10 Large volume orders are free of charge delivery to the UK. Please contact us for wholesale prices.Â
