A Smooth & Crisp Mountain Honey

Overview: This delectable high altitude Raw Mountain Honey is harvested from 1,700 meters high within the Pyrenees Mountains of Northern Spain. Produced by bees feeding on delicate wild mountain flowers, it produces sweet balsamic tones with a wild floral aroma. Slightly varying in taste, colour and texture from season to season, it is raw, natural and unpasteurised as nature intended.

Colour: Amber to dark amber 

Aroma: Floral Aroma 

Taste: A sweet balsamic crispy taste with a touch of saltiness 

Harvest Season: Summer 

Floral Source: The bees have foraged wild mountains flowers such as Rhododendrons, White clover and Rubus. Expertly harvested by a small scale artisan beekeeper. 

Geography: Harvested from 1,700 meters high in the Pyrenees mountains of Northern Spain.  

Mountain Honey Uses : Another great honey for Children. With it's sweet and crisp taste it works wonders drizzled over warm spiced fruit pies and a dollop of thick double cream. 

Certified by the Animal Health Service, Chamber of Agriculture and the National Government of Spain.
