It's the perfect way to boost your nutritional intake and works well with fresh fruit, so naturally I used it as a topping on my smoothie!
INGREDIENTS
𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 tb vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup @alpro soya milk
- Blue spirulina
𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 cup @alpro soya milk
- 1 tbs @haskapa powder
METHOD
Blend till creamy and put each colour on the opposite sides of the bowl, swirl together with a spoon. I topped with sliced banana, raspberries, figs, chia seeds, bee pollen and acacia honey!
Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENCE
- Bee Pollen
- Coconut milk: 1/2 a cup
- Low fat yoghurt: 1/2 a cup
- Pineapple chunks: 1/2 a cup
- Ice cubes: optional
- Creamed coconut: 1/4 a cup
- Desiccated coconut: 1 tbsp
- For sweetener: use one banana
METHOD
Blend, decorate and serve!
