- 1 cup of dates
- 1 Apple (grated)
- 1 Banana (mashed)
- 2 tbsp of Raw Heather honey
- ~160g of gluten free oats
- 1/2 a pack of fresh raspberries
- Chocolate chips (optional to make them or if you have vegan ones)
METHOD
- Soak a cup of dates in some boiling water for about 20 mins.
- Preheat your one to about 175 ºC and like baking tin.
- Mash the soaked dates and combine with the apple and banana.
- Add the oats, honey and chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Pour mixture in the baking tin and press in your desired toppings and bake!
- Cool the bars and cut into rectangles to serve.
